Governance Structure

Our organization operates on the principles of transparency (spasṭatā), accountability (uttaradāyitvam), and collective wisdom (sāṅgika vivekaḥ). We combine traditional Indian values with modern administrative practices to ensure effective functioning across all levels.

🧭 Governing Body (नियामकमण्डलम्)

Our NGO is overseen by a Governing Council comprising experienced scholars, educators, spiritual mentors, and cultural activists. This body sets the vision, approves long-term goals, and guides all strategic decisions.

Adhyakṣaḥ (President) – Leads the vision and mission.
Upādhyakṣaḥ (Vice President)– Assists in execution and representation.
Sañcālakaḥ (Director) – Heads day-to-day operations.
Lekhakaḥ (Secretary) – Handles administration, documentation, and communication.
Koṣādhyakṣaḥ (Treasurer) – Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and compliance.

🪔 Advisory Board (मार्गदर्शकमण्डलम्)

A council of senior Sanskrit scholars, IKS experts, and cultural thinkers who provide intellectual, scriptural, and philosophical guidance to the organization.

🌿 Regional Coordinators (प्रान्तीय संयोजकाः)

We operate state-wise through Regional Coordinators, who supervise local events, manage volunteers, and report to the central team. Each coordinator is supported by a core team for activities like:

Utsava Samiti – Festival observances
Śikṣā Vibhāga – Education and training
Sampadana Samiti – Publications and digital resources
Yuvā Vibhaaga – Youth engagement and training

🤝 Volunteers & Interns (सेवकाः / अन्तरङ्गाः)

A dedicated team of grassroots volunteers forms the soul of our organization, many of whom are trained in Sanskrit, traditional knowledge systems, and event coordination.
